Blockchain projects love to boast about the accomplishments and skill sets of their advisors, but what is more important than boasting is actually engaging with advisors and listening to their advice, go figure.
The NOIZ project is lucky enough to have an amazing roster of superstar advisors, and usually, we meet with them on a one-to-one basis. However, this past Saturday, January 12th, 2019, we got together with a handful of our advisors to listen, share and bounce ideas back and forth in the first ever NOIZ Advisor Assembly.
The experiences our advisors have undergone in their illustrious careers have shaped them into very wise individuals. They are aware the world is constantly changing and that there is no exact science to achieving one’s goals, but rather, there are many different paths and opportunities.
We discussed the strategies behind the development of loyalty programs, hindering on the concept that loyalty is earned; and it is earned by companies being humble with their actions. This resonated among the group, deeply, and became the main topic of discussion for the afternoon, especially as NOIZ is in the process of developing and growing global communities.
All in all, it was a very informative and educational day for each of the attendees. We’re very much looking forward to the next Advisor Assembly.
